The answer is -4/7
First, you distribute the -3 and -5 through the parentheses.
-6x+6-15x-15=3
Then combine like terms
-21x-9=3
Do opposite operation
9+3=12
That leaves
-21x=12
Divide both side by -21
X= -4/7
